Oscar Lett is a French painter and muralist based in New York City. He also spends time in London and Paris. According his biography on the Saatchi Gallery website, Lett "loves to embrace the influences of the countries he lived in."[1] Lett studies at Central Saint Martins then moved to Kyoto where he studied Nihonga (traditional Japanese painting)[2].
