Riccardo Alcerro (born 11 May 1973) is a “The Real Deal, Coach Ricky Tiki”, as he is best known in the world of futbol, is a passionate, enthusiastic, and motivational futbol coach with over 20 years of professional playing experience throughout various countries across the globe. Ricky is a native of Honduras with Italian nationality. He played in Italy, Brazil, Honduras, Puerto Rico, and the US. He is a UEFA and USSF licensed coach and a former U14/16/18 US Men’s National Team (USYMNT) scout network. He spent his career between Europe the USA and SouthAmerica with clubs such as New Orleans Storm Unione Sportiva Entella Coritiba FC, Real Espana, Universidad, PuertoRico,Florida Stars Real Maya,Guaynabo Fluminense FC Cincinnati Riverhawks and Raleigh Flyers Atlético de San Juan FC.Ricky was select to MlS Combine but did not have an unsuccessful trial with the Miami Fusion of Major League Soccer. He capped twice for the Honduras Youth National football team U-17 U-19 . He started his professional coaching career in the PRSL I Division with the Guaynabo Fluminense , Atletico San Juan as a player-assistant coach.He was the head coach and GM with the Miami United (2012/2013 season). He was named as the new technical advisor and technical director of the Inter Usa Academy, shortly after. The team participated in the Region III in 2017, while They won the championship. He led the club to one of the top 5 club in Usa , after defeating National Champion MANHATTAN SC EMELEC (NYE) Ranking # 1 (1–0), (2-0) (2-1) During the year in the prestigious National Showcases, before EDP Championship (1-0) in the final.
