I have chosen this article because it is well-known to my discipline:Disabled persons; and is weakly represented on Wikipedia. There are two notifications, one being a warning banner (lacks worldwide view of the subject), and the other is a notification on a possible merge within the page. There are five out of six WikiProjects are considered start class on the Wikipedia's internal quality scale. This article is not a very broad topic, but needs to be improved.
