Peter Shalvoy is a celebrity disc jockey (“DJ”) headquartered out of Manhattan, New York City, New York and Las Vegas, Nevada. Beginning his career in 1995, his clientele rank among the glitterati of American entertainment. During the early days of his career, Shalvoy played legendary clubs like Nell's, Mars and Lucky Strike. He toured the U.S. with The Soupdragons, Tom Tom Club, and Black Sheep.[1]

Shalvoy regards himself as a “sound stylist” for the Blue Ribbon restaurants, frequented by Diddy, Mary J Blige, Mariah Carey, Mos Def, DJ Clue and President Bill Clinton. Will Ferrell was so impressed after a Saturday night session at Marquee, he gave a big shout out to Shalvoy's alter ego 'DJ Porkchop' during his TRL award acception speech. Bobby Flay uses Peter Shalvoy exclusively to DJ all his important events, none more special then his wedding to actress Stephanie March.
