Indigo Åme, singer/songwriter, was born in 1992 in Los Angeles California. When Indigo Ame was only 1 year old her mother was tragically murdered in a drive-by shooting. She was raised by her father and grandparents.
As Indigo Ame went through her formative school age years, she found her artistic creative talents drawing Disney characters, writing screen plays, and creating amazing poems that she often shared with her family and friends.
As Indigo Ame’s passion for creativity developed, she began singing in a group called “Infamous Rawkstars” doing local shows and performing around Los Angeles. When the group broke up, Indigo Ame was left alone with just her passion for songwriting.
During Indigo Ame’s high school years, Indigo Ame again faced a tragic personal situation when at a Rave party the car she was in with her friends was shot at multiple times at point blank range. Luckily, Indigo Ame was not harmed, but her friends were hurt very badly.
After that night, Indigo Ame had an epiphany that her life was worth way more than being cut short by a bullet like her mother’s life was. Indigo Ame decided she had so much more to offer this world and she needed to make her mark in music. After high school, Indigo Ame enrolled in Musicians Institute in Hollywood California to learn the music business.
As Indigo Ame progressed in her learning of all aspects of the music business, she began to make her name known around Hollywood California as a songwriter. Indigo Ame enjoyed working behind the scenes in the recording studio with Artists who brought her songs to life. Indigo Ame also penned songs that were used in television productions. As Indigo Ame progressed in her songwriting career and working with music industry professionals, Indigo Ame felt the time was “write” (right) to come out in front as an Artist bringing her songs and music to the world.
When Alexey Voronov, a well known and respected music producer throughout Europe, met Indigo Ame there was instant chemistry to form the perfect team in fulfilling Indigo’s dreams which a bullet cannot shatter. But more importantly, create music that will make a difference in people’s lives throughout the world.
