Clay Patrick Bedford (1903 - 1991)[1] was a civil engineer of Kaiser Industries[2], studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, class of 1924. He helped build the Grand Coulee Dam In Washington and Hoover Dam on the Colorado River. He joined Kaiser Industries in 1925, and later died as the President, Construction chief and Director, in 1976, due to heart failure. He died at the age of 88[3]

From Google Books, about the Second World War, naming Clay Patrick Bedford[7]. Not sure if this is useful, but, I'll check it later[8]. Not really enough sources to make it a 'full' article, but, it'll do, for now.
