Duan Kan(段龕; ruled fl. 350-357) was the only duke, ruler, and founder of Duan Qi; he ruled from 350-356. His state was crushed by Murong Jun(posthumously honored as Emperor Jingzhao of Former Yan). He was Executed in 357.

Not Much is known about Duan Kan's hildhood nor any events in his time before 350. In 350, He got Independence from Shi Zhao after Emperor Ping of Ran Wei overthrown the Shi Zhao Kingdom but he didn't declare as Huangdi but rather Gong or Duke of China. In 355, a Xianbei Man, Murong Jun declares himself as the ruler of Former Yan, but Duan was Pissed; therefore, he sent a letter to him, then he decided to declare war, but he lost; he fled to Sima Jin but he was captured on the way. Duan Kan's dream of a kingdom has failed and he was executed in 357 for unknown reasons by Murong Jun.
