Robert Guppy (d. 1894) was a British born Trinidad and Tobago barrister and reformer. He served as Mayor of San Fernando for 13 consecutive years, warden of southern Trinidad, stipendiary magistrate, member of the Royal Franchise Commission and, later in life, an Unofficial member of the Legislative Council of Trinidad and Tobago.[1]: 56 

Guppy was the father of Lechmere Guppy, after whom the guppy fish is named.
