Death
editPengner died on September 7, 2022 at the age of 50. He was traveling with his band mates when he suffered a Heart Attack while driving. This resulted in the deaths of 3 other band members in the ensuing car accident.
Lawsuit
editThe families of those who died in the crash filed a lawsuit against the family and estate of Pengner after it became known that Pengner got behind the wheel that day despite experiencing chest pains and tightness on the day of, and in the days leading up to the crash.
