- Wikipedia_talk:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Scottywong/Proposed_decision#Comments_by_MZMcBride ... recusal should be the default in cases where it just looks bad. This looks bad and although the "letter of policy" may allow the arb to not recuse, the "look" is awful and an arb should recuse in this sort of case.
