This bot adds the template {{bots}} to the user talk pages of vanished users. As vanished users are exceedingly unlikely to edit, as they have exercised vanishing, they won't need bot notifications or mass messages placed on their talk page. This bot adds the template with parameters so that all bots are denied and the mass message exclusion category is included on the user talk page (by adding {{bots|deny=all|optout=massmessage}}). The bot task will only ever edit the user talk page once, so if you disagree with the addition on a particular user talk page the bot will not start edit warring. This also means that accidental removals or bad faith removals of the bots template will not be reverted by the bot, so if you still think the bots template should be there discuss / restore it. If you disagree with the addition on user talk pages of vanished users in general, then my talk page is open to discussion.
