Sir Albert Edward MacColl, Esq, MIEE (8 Jul 1882 – 14 Jun 1951) was a Scottish engineer and a pioneer of hydroelectricity. He was the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board from 1943 until his death in 1951.
