Dr. Flordeliza Baltazar graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 1951. She placed 10th in the medical board examinations of that year. She was president of Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society and president of the Association of Philippine Medical Colleges Foundation. In 1992, she was appointed dean of the Institute of Medicine of Far Eastern University. She served as dean for 11 years.[1][2]
