Gregor Truter is an English actor and producer who is one of the few actors to have appeared in multiple Best Picture Academy Award winners (The English Patient in 1996 and Shakespeare in Love in 1998).
He also appeared in several English TV series including The Bill, Lip Service, and Doctors, the miniseries No Bananas, and in 300: Rise of an Empire (2014).
Truter also organizes "Hooked on History" sessions in the UK, where actors portray historical figures and events for the benefit of schoolchildren.[1]
