Ani Ramen House (Ani Ramen) is a New Jersey-based restaurant chain that specializes in Japanese-style ramen noodle dishes. Each location serves six ramen dishes: Shoyu, Yuzu Shio, Spicy Miso, Vegan, Mazeman, and Ani Ramen. Most Ani Ramen locations are BYOB; the full-service Jersey City location is equipped with a bar and drink menu.

Omakase speakeasy Sushi by Bou recently opened in Ani Ramen’s Newark Ave, Jersey City location.

Founder Luck Sarabhayavanija opened the first Ani Ramen location in Montclair, New Jersey in 2014.
