Erasmushuis (Leuven)
address: Blijde Inkomststraat 21, 3000 Leuven
This particular house was erected in 1974 by Marc Dessauvage in honor of 450th Anniversary of Desiderius Erasmus Roterodamus as one of the cornerstones of Erasmus's activity in Leuven (in the Duchy of Brabant).

Nowadays the Faculty of Letters, the branch of KULeuven library and International office are sharing this eight-stored building.

Architecture
Dessauvage tries to reconcile utilization of the béton as the main material and clear structure with the environment. His plans are based on the principles of logic and simplicity, limitless and particular sunniness.
