editAhmed joined Zamalek SC In Cairo having been scouted by manager Ahmed Abdo while playing on the schools team of his city. After a year with the club, he moved to Haras El Hedod FC Then To Olymbic Sports Club in Alexandria And Later Horses Owners club was his greatest gate to be professional footballer. In the season 2011/2012 Ahmed signed contract with Pharco Football Club and started his career from this club.

editSeason 2011/2012: Pharco Football Club Signed ElBagouri from hourses owner club by 6,000 EGP price and it's really high market value for 19 years old player. First days to Ahmed in his new club was amazing he showed that he is not kid anymore and won the respect of his coaches as he is not a youth player anymore when he was the youngest player in the team.
