Deleted content userfied edit
I userfied the content for you at User:Adrianacompanion/Wingwoman. I deleted the email address to keep it out for privacy reasons. It is generally not a good idea to mention your email addy in public places unless you love robot spam. Once you retrieve the content and you want the subpage deleted, just place a {{db-userreq}} tag on it and a passing admin will take care of it.
