Adam Kesselhaut is an American born singer, songwriter, producer, and author currently living in Berlin, Germany. He wrote songs for renowned artists. Some of his songs have been created in collaboration with the artists. Kesselhaut also invests time and effort to create new talent. In the past he worked together with artists like Seeed,[1] Elaiza,[2] Andreas Kümmert,[3] Nick Howard, The White Dukes , KSFreak, Whatelse, Faye Montana, Q.Age,[4] Seo In Guk,[5] and Quarter.[6]

His musical, “Dies a dream of you“ was a nominated finalist for the Richard Rogers' Richard Rogers Award[7] presented by the American Academy of Arts and Letters.

Opera Background

Being a trained Opera singer, Kesselhaut has made appearances as a Tenor soloist in Philharmonic Rock,[9] in various opera festivals. He as also had a stint in the Wiener Staatsoper.[10][11]

Recent Work

In 2014 Kesselhaut´s song he produced together with Elaiza was chosen as Germany’s entry for the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen.[12] Currently Adam is the managing director of his own label Schwerkraft Musik[13] as well as Mesanic Management which is a subsidiary of Mesanic GmbH.

Lectures

Adam continues to lecture in various schools and universities in including the Hochschule der Populäre Künste Berlin (College of Popular Arts ) and Akademie Deutsche Pop.
