New design?
editWould anybody object to a redesign of the template to improve its appearance? I have created a new WikiProject Moldova UBX on my own profile and would like to know if others think it a good idea to make it official or not:

- Personally, for such small graphics, coats of arms always work better than ultra-miniaturized flags. I rather prefer the updated version. PЄTЄRS

- Yes, I see what you are saying there. I spent a while experimenting with different colours to see which ones provided the best contrast. The problem with trying less vivid colours is that they oftentimes just end up looking faded or washed-out. However, I will spend a bit more time tinkering with the colours to see if I can get a combination that is less bright but still eye-catching. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 15:52, 28 December 2010 (UTC)

- It's definitely a bit more muted but without losing the look. I put in the original as #1 above and revised as #2 so it's easier to compare, hope you don't mind. PЄTЄRS

- It depends on which computer I'm on, the red behind the coat of arms could be just a bit brighter. BTW, if I'm reduced to nit-picking, consider that my ultimate compliment. :-) That said, I'm happy with #2. PЄTЄRS
