Uncertain what you mean by the "to-be-used form". I notice that the template documentation is missing the "How to fix the problem flagged by this template" section. Senator2029 ➔ “Talk” 13:27, 19 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Broken? edit

When I hover over the note, it only displays the following text: "Please

Is anyone else seeing this or is something broken on my end? I have the same issue with Template:Publisher missing, Template:Date missing, Template:Year missing, Template:Place missing and Template:Author missing, but Template:ISBN missing for example works fine.
