There's a problem with the templates used to render this map and the way the image and copy display in IE. We should consider switching to {{Location map+}} and its family of templates instead. I don't think we can get the states and provinces shaded, but that doesn't really matter since the teams/clubs don't represent the states or provinces, they just play in them.
