Merging Template:IFIS with Template:FIAV

Hello @Jonesey95: thank you for your contributions in the merging discussion! There you was writing "If there is consensus to merge, we'll figure it out. No big deal." So what are the next steps now? There is the problem with the two types of file names (IFIS.. and FIAV...) as mentioned. What do you recomment? Should we rename (for example File:IFIS Mirror.svg to File:FIAV Mirror.svg) or should we upload copies of the IFIS-files with new FIAV-name? I also invite @Wikisaurus: in the discussion.

And now here it is writen "This template is currently being merged with Template:FIAV". So who is actually merging? I am not. Best Regards --W like wiki ^{good to know} 04:11, 16 January 2022 (UTC)
