- Date and length OK, but as constructed, I dont see enough notability here. For example, there is a list of works which might make him notable, but the writing about his career only talk about his being an editor at a number of publications. That's not notable enough. Perhaps his political career makes him notable enough, but the hook really isnt all that "hooky" nor makes it obvious why he deserved his own article. The article needs more information.Thelmadatter (talk) 16:20, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
- He was governor of Durres County. I think that is probably the most important reason why he is notable. If you think that the hook is not hooky enough, maybe we can replace it with information that his wife governed the hospital in Durres while he was governor of the Durres County?--Antidiskriminator (talk) 18:40, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
