Template documentationThis is a blank tracking template used for identifying Thai biographical articles for which no separate sort key for Thai people categories is needed. It should be placed above the {{DEFAULTSORT:}} line.
Why is this template needed?
Per WP:NAMESORT, biographical articles in categories predominantly populated by Thai people should be sorted by given name. In most cases, i.e. articles whose titles follow the Given-name Surname format, the surname will be listed first in the DEFAULTSORT, while sort keys should be specified following the article title for each of the Thai-people categories (those tagged with {{Thai people category}}). A bot (User:Cewbot, BRFA) will periodically edit articles to maintain the sort keys. This template is used in articles that do not follow the Given-name Surname format, as a flag for the bot to skip the addition of such sort keys.
