Article length fine (just) and age is fine, no copyvio or plagiarism concerns, reliable sources are used. But the hook needs to be altering. The quote is "Joining CNBC Africa is a young lady who at the age of 12 was the youngest film maker in the world, she is also the youngest person to appear in Forbes magazine at age 10..." Therefore I suggest....- ALT2: ... that at the age of 10, Zuriel Oduwole became the world's youngest person to appear in Forbes?

@Seth Whales: per Rule H2, you cannot approve your own hook. If you were just moving the words around to sound better, that would be fine, but you have introduced a new fact (age 10 instead of age 12) which now needs to be independently checked.
