Wine sauce edit

White wine sauce

  • ... that wine sauce (pictured) may be prepared using a fish velouté base, the latter of which is used to create several other sauces?

  • The article is new and long enough. It is neutral and I can see no copyright violations. The hook is interesting and cited with an offline source in the "Ingredients and preparation" section. Image is free and used in the article. QPQ has been done. - JuneGloom Talk 01:22, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
Here's the source that's used in the article (which also verifies the hook), from Google Books, but it's an online source that is also hyperlinked in the article, as opposed to being an offline source as stated above. Perhaps User:JuneGloom07 is unable to access or view it. NorthAmerica1000 00:48, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
When I checked the source, I didn't get a preview of the pages (and still don't). Therefore I considered it an offline source. I assumed good faith and used the {{subst:DYKtickAGF}} symbol. If I'm wrong, I'll correct it, but I was going by WP:DYKR. - JuneGloom Talk 01:11, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
