Warren Delabere Barnes

  • Comment: I have created this article about a British colonial administrator. It was the only red link in the list at Chief Secretary for Administration (number 2 person in Hong Kong's administration). The details in the article and the links to historical records give a sense of what an colonial administrator's career looked like at the turn of the 20th century.

  • This article is new enough and long enough. The hook is cited to three sources which are all online but not easy to check so I have accepted the hook facts in good faith. The article is neutral and I found no evidence of close paraphrasing issues. I do not believe this nominator needs to do a QPQ review. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 12:25, 26 October 2014 (UTC)
