Big Painting No. 6, Torpedo...Los!
edit( Back to T:TDYK )
( Article history links: )
- ... that Big Painting No. 6 set a record for highest auction price for a painting by a living artist and Torpedo...Los! set a record for price for a Roy Lichtenstein work?

- Dates of creation and length satisfactory. Hook is appropriately sourced. Some of the terminology is quite flowery. I express no views on close paraphrasing but I do notice lengthy quotes and some common passages with other articles nominated by the same author for May 12th. (His works both turned a mundane household task into a planned artistic operation and made a time-consuming task appear as if it was produced mechanically in an instant.)
