Reviewed by User:♥Golf. Article is new enough, long enough, and the stated fact in the hook is correct and well cited. Hook is short and concise. Photo of the general is public domain, article is neutral and well cited. I checked the refs and didn't see any copy violation issues. - Review did not cover the image (is it free and in the article?) nor did it discuss any of the "Within policy" criteria: neutral, article well cited, no close paraphrasing or copyvios.
