Text: "fraction of the attackers ever face any disciplinary action" is copied from the copyrighted website and should be reworded to avoid plagiarism or close paraphrasing. - Thanks. The hook is not too long with 93 characters in the original hook and 129 in Alt1. Any hook which mentions Lady Gaga is guaranteed to have maximum hookiness and views, so original hook have advantage to non-Gaga Alt1 hook. I haven't noticed any policy violations.
