General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
Image: Image is freely licensed, used in the article, and clear at 100px.
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Overall, this article looks really, really good. The only sentences to trip the copyvio detector are a few direct quotes, which obviously aren't a problem and add quite a bit to the article. I made two edits, one a basic copyedit and the other to add more context and try to make the article more neutral. I know my second edit may be a bit controversial, but I believe it needed to be made before I could check off the "neutral" element on the checklist.
