RAF Peterhead
edit... that Royal Air Force Station Peterhead in Scotland is used for flying model planes?- ... that the former Royal Air Force Station near Peterhead, Scotland, is used for flying model planes?

- Article is new, created 4 February; long enough as it's 2076 characters of readable prose (as per DYK check); assessed as start class on all three portals; neutral; every paragraph has at least one in line citation; no copy vios detected using earwig; and no images used.
- Hook is less than 100 characters, so fits comfortably for hook length; is cited in first reference; and interesting and catchy.
- No QPQ required as not self nomination.
- Looks good to go to me using second hook (i.e. with word 'former' included; minor suggestion - would it be better for hook to read 'near' Peterhead?). SagaciousPhil - Chat 12:46, 8 February 2013 (UTC)
