New article from redirect is 1,989 characters long and nominated 7 days after first expansion. Cursory read through sources reveal no close paraphrasing issues (AGF foreign-language one). Article is well-sourced. Hook is 155 characters long (under 200 character max.) and is interesting. The Schmidt ref (verifying the hook) is a reliable source from Google Books. QPQ done.
