Date, size, QPQ review, etc check out, AGF on off-line sources. I made a few tweaks, but otherwise an interesting and well-written read. I only found the use of parentheses in the references a bit odd, as brackets are used for parenthetical referencing rather than footnotes, but that is an easy-to-fix quibble. Again, well done.
