Hold on a minute. This is indeed new enough and long enough, and the hook is cited. There is close paraphrasing in the article; see the Earwig report. While I'm here, I should mention that bare URL citations are frowned upon at DYK. --Jakob (talk) aka Jakec 20:50, 17 April 2015 (UTC)
- I'm not exactly sure on how to fix all the bare URLs. I tried the reflinks dispenser, and this is what I got. On paraphrasing, I feel this is a topic which long demanded a page in Wikipedia as a very notable aspect of the petroleum industry's history.
