New Body

Created by Nice4What (talk). Self-nominated at 13:17, 15 December 2019 (UTC).

  • Article is well-written and sourced, new enough. Hooks are sourced and present, however I have merged the original hook and ALT3 into ALT4 to suggest to the reader that Kanye intended on making a religion-centred album. Also, to defend Nicki, in the Complex article she clearly indicates that she "didn't" want to make the verse religious rather than "couldn't". I'm not entirely sure if my hook makes any sense towards the end, so I would like a second opinion. heyitsben!! talk 12:34, 23 December 2019 (UTC)
  • The original reviewer requested a second opinion (personally I think ALT3 is interesting on its own, probably more quirky than ALT4), so this nomination might need new eyes. Courtesy ping to the nominator Nice4What and requesting their input on HeyitsBen's ALT4 proposal. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 04:06, 13 January 2020 (UTC)
  • @Narutolovehinata5: ALT 4 is fine and is a revamped wording of the original blurb proposal. I could understand how ALT 3 might be more interesting though. Nice4What (talk · contribs) – (Don't forget to share a Thanks ) 11:48, 13 January 2020 (UTC)
  • @Nice4What: Hook review, second opinion. I prefer ALT3, short and interesting. Thanks, Zeete (talk) 15:35, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote ALT3, but the article doesn't say anything about Kanye West being the one who pulled it; it just says it was pulled. Yoninah (talk) 22:39, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
  • @Yoninah: West is known to have creative control over his own track lists as an A-list star. However, if it must be reworded, I could suggest "... that the song "New Body" was removed from Kanye West's album Jesus Is King just a day before its release?" • OK, thanks. Yoninah (talk) 12:06, 23 January 2020 (UTC)
