Nelson Barclift edit

  • that "cute little nose" was Cole Porter's nickname for Nelson Barclift? Source: "In his letters to Barclift, Cole writes intimately about his feelings. Often the letters were written late at night. At 2:30 am Porter tells Barclift, "It's bedtime my C. [cute] L. [little] Nose so good night. I miss you like hell Please don't forget me entirely..." • Comment: Unfortunately, the photograph in the article appears to be under copyright; the source page reads "Copyright is held by the Van Vechten Trust." Antony–22 (talkcontribs) 22:45, 8 March 2019 (UTC)
  • I've removed the photograph from the article. No Swan So Fine (talk) 22:37, 10 March 2019 (UTC)
  • Actually, the photo was under fair use, so it's probably fine. It's a photo of him in character for a film, rather than his normal appearance, but that doesn't seem to fall under any of the unacceptable use cases in WP:NFC#UUI. Antony–22 (talkcontribs) 02:04, 11 March 2019 (UTC)
  • This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. A QPQ has been done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:27, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, but two paragraphs lack citations, per Rule D2. Yoninah (talk) 22:39, 25 March 2019 (UTC)
  • I've removed the paragraphs after being unable to find sources beyond IMDB. No Swan So Fine (talk) 18:05, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
  • Thank you. Restoring tick per Cwmhiraeth's review. Yoninah (talk) 18:33, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
