  • The hook is false. For example, she did not win an Academy Award for Best Actress. The image caption in the article says that she won every major "Best Actress" award in India, but there is no citation. There is a list of awards won, but as far as I can tell, there is nothing in the article to indicate that those are the only "major" awards in India.   • Still doesn't look good to me. The claim that she won every major Best Actress award in India is not true. Besides, it's a highly subjective claim as I say. For instance, she was not awarded the Best Actress title for the film at the Shantaram and BFJA award ceremonies. —Vensatry (ping) 07:18, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
  • I started answering this hours ago, then came back to finish, and got an edit conflict. I had been saying that adding "in India" took care of my concern about the hook's correctness and that the ref which was added to the caption seemed to adequately source the "every major award" part of the hook. The source says that she "swept the Best Actress award at all the prominent award ceremonies in the country", but, as Vensatry says, such a claim is subjective. It may be best to alter the hook or replace it entirely. In any case, I have no further objections, so this nomination may proceed without further input from me.   • One possibility would be to make the claim less sweeping; for example, change "every major Best Actress award" to "many major Best Actress awards" or "a number of major Best Actress awards". I'm very sorry for staying away from this. I almost forgot about this. Anyway, Vensatry The BJFA awards were not given in 2008 and I think they have been suspended (I don't exactly know). Coming to V. Shantatam Awards, I was not even aware about the fact that she was nominated for that award. I thought she was nominated for Kaminey.—Prashant 13:53, 30 May 2015 (UTC)

Shantaram Awards are definitely notable and are very competitive like the NFA as the winners are chosen from films produced all over the country. But they do have some limitations while considering the winners (i.e., films shouldn't be based on violence and sex). As for the hook, you can rephrase it like PC won the Best Actress honour at the NFA and Filmfare, two of the most prominent award ceremonies in India, for Fashion. —Vensatry (ping) 14:34, 30 May 2015 (UTC)

Then, they should not have even nominated her because Fashion has lot of explicit scenes. Anyway, The winner was Rani Mukerji fo Dil Bole Hadippa!. Like seriously? For that film. Mukerji was good in that film but, when compared to Chopra's performance, it fall short. Leave this aside, Could we have this "won almost every major Best Actress award in India including the National Film Award and the Filmfare Award for Best Actress for the 2008 drama film Fashion?"—Prashant 14:41, 30 May 2015 (UTC)

I would suggest something like "she won several Best Actress awards in India, including an NFA and Filmfare". This (the original hook) is also included in Chopra's awards list, which I wanted to object during the FLC of the list, but I didn't get the time to do so. -- FrankBoy CHITCHAT 19:06, 30 May 2015 (UTC)

Length, age, copyvio status, neutrality, cites are all OK; QPQ doesn't seem to be required; pic is fine and discernible at DYK size; hook is OK, but you could drop "including the National Film Award and the Filmfare Award" to make it punchier and not give the reader too many reasons to click away before they reach the end of the sentence.
