Thanks for the review, Rosiestep. Much oblidged. Please note, your go-ahead does not require good faith. The citation at the end of the paragraph is in English with weblink to Google books preview. I just added the actual quote for confirmation. It reads: "The establishment of a permanent common structure has been achieved in only two cases: the Krkonose/Karkonosze Biosphere Reserve [and] the East Carpathians Biosphere Reserve...
