Justin Fairfax edit

  • If this appears on the main page, it might be good to move to the special occasion holding area for January 13, 2018 - inauguration day for Fairfax. Neutralitytalk 05:36, 8 November 2017 (UTC)
@Neutrality: Unfortunately, as January 13, 2018 is more than five weeks away, per the supplementary rules, it's unlikely that the special occasion holding request will be accepted. However, as said rule is only supplementary and only applies if there's a backlog in DYK, it's possible that the request will still be accepted; I'll let another reviewer review this nomination. • This article is new enough and long enough. Either hook could be used as both have inline citations. The article is neutral and "Earwig" did not bring up any concerns. QPQ has been done. The current rules do not allow nominations to be held for longer than six weeks, but quite why is not clear. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:22, 22 November 2017 (UTC)
  • The Washington Post ref is a dead link, but the hook fact appears in the AP source at the end of the sentence. What would you like to do about the dead link? Yoninah (talk) 21:10, 25 November 2017 (UTC)
  • Thanks. Restoring tick. Yoninah (talk) 21:20, 25 November 2017 (UTC)
