Fail on date. This DYK has existed in mostly unchanged size since late May, thus failing the criteria of "new of 5x expanded" within the last week. - I moved this article from my sandbox where I had been preparing it, to the main article space on the 25th (here's the diff [1]). Surely the article is not ineligible for DYK because it took more than five days to write it in a sandbox? With regard to the point about "was" not "is" in the lead - the only time I use present tense in the lead is to say that she "is considered a major voice in the Australian suffrage movement" - which is true, in the same way that it is true to say that "Napoleon IS considered a great military commander".
