- Comment: Would be great if it could be saved for Crufts Best in Show day, which is 10 March. Bit of a dog centric hook which will only really work after people have been watching Crufts for three days!

- Article - created 17 February, so new enough; 1849 characters readable prose, so long enough; neutral; at least one inline citation to every paragraph; no copy vios detected using earwig; not a stub; I did a couple of very minor copy edits (Judge's name and he's in joint ownership).
- Hook - within length criteria at 156 characters; correctly formatted; topical and eye catching; supported by ref #7.
- QPQ done; no images used.
- I agree it's a great DYK for final day of Crufts this year; so hold until March 10, please.
