Hesperocyparis guadalupensis

5x expanded by MtBotany (talk). Self-nominated at 04:00, 23 February 2024 (UTC). Post-promotion hook changes for this nom will be logged at Template talk:Did you know nominations/Hesperocyparis guadalupensis; consider watching this nomination, if it is successful, until the hook appears on the Main Page.

  • Article expansion new enough and long enough. The article is well cited, with no issues or reliability concerns identified in the sourcing used. Both the Alt0 and Alt1 hooks are verified and correct. Alt0 could be reworded to be more compact?--Kevmin § 01:47, 11 March 2024 (UTC)
    • I think making ALT0 more compact is a good idea. Brevity is where I fall down on a lot of my writing the first time through. Variation on the wording you suggested in the summary Alt2 "...that saving the Guadalupe cypress included the help of 40 Judas goats?"
      • The condensed version you've provided looks great, nice and succinct. --Kevmin § 01:47, 11 March 2024 (UTC)
