  • The article is new enough and long enough. It is neutral, includes inline citations and I detected no copyright or plagiarism issues. Both hooks are well formatted, not too long, interesting enough, accurate and neutral. Inline citation for the first is supplied in the article. The second hook is from the lead, where an inline citation is not provided (and should not be), though the facts are well referenced with inline citations in the body.
