Comment: Article was greatly expanded by me in the past few days. The phrasing of the DYK can be tweaked a little, if necessary.

Article fails the expansion requirement. Going back to the last revision before the recent expansion which was started on April 17, we have to look at this one from April 11, which is 3996 B (657 words) readable prose size. The current revision is 6665 B (1112 words) readable prose size. That is only a 1.66x expansion based on characters or 1.69x based on words.
