Conrad and Lady Black: Dancing on the Edge edit

Created by Gareth E Kegg (talk). Self-nominated at 08:34, 13 June 2015 (UTC).

Fascinating book story, great idea to tell the plot by the reviews! I love the many quotes! Good sources, all but the book itself online. - I don't understand the hook,- doesn't the quote say "no fear!", - which makes me think that "expected" might be better than "feared". I also miss the lady. You might say "of him and his wife", no? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:48, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
The "No fear!" quote are the words of Peter Preston as he satirically assumes Black's reaction to the book. I can't quite think how to add her without erroneously suggesting that she is Bower's wife in the hook! Gareth E Kegg (talk) 10:04, 22 June 2015 (UTC)
No fear, fine. The lady - + the secondary title which I like but don't find on the cover, so perhaps without it? - what do you think of
ALT1: ... that Conrad Black feared that Tom Bower's biography Conrad and Lady Black: Dancing on the Edge was going to be "a heartwarming story of two sleazy, spivvy, contemptible people"? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:10, 22 June 2015 (UTC)
Much better! Thank you :) Gareth E Kegg (talk) 13:03, 22 June 2015 (UTC)
