Capture of Arendal

edit

  • Length; date verified. All non-lead paragraphs have refs; all refs appear to be RS. No apparent paraphrasing issues, though the two refs which are online are in Norwegian lang. QPQ done. Interesting hook; hook length is fine. Issue: sentence corresponding to the hook lacks an inline citation. --Rosiestep (talk) 04:03, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Hi Rosiestep. Thanks for the review. I thought that the sentence "On 14 April, five days after the German invasion of Norway, a number of Arendal's citizens founded the Arendal Group. The Arendal Group is generally regarded as the first organized resistance group in Norway during the Second World War.[21]" did have a reference. Which other sentence should the hook be based on? • I've now tweaked it to: "On 14 April, five days after the German invasion of Norway and the conquest of their town, a number of Arendal's citizens founded the Arendal Group. The Arendal Group is generally regarded as the first organized resistance group in occupied Norway during the Second World War.[21]" Manxruler (talk) 06:56, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Now there's citations aplenty for the sentence. All good? Manxruler (talk) 18:21, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Technically, of course, we need an inline citation after a sentence(s) which supports the hook, i.e. the "five days" sentence. --Rosiestep (talk) 02:39, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Thanks for that, Manxruler. Hook's foreign lang ref accepted AGF. GTG. --Rosiestep (talk) 03:26, 31 January 2013 (UTC)
