Per WP:DYKRULES, in the article, the hook needs to be verified "appearing no later than the end of the sentence(s) offering that fact". I don't speak Slovenian, so perhaps you could add the citation in the article to verify the matter. North America¹⁰⁰⁰ 18:00, 8 October 2018 (UTC)
