This is a Did you know
special purpose template.
Usage
edit{{subst:DYKNom|Article title}}
The template is used to notify an editor's talk page that an article that they have shown interest in has been nominated for consideration to appear in the Did you know section of the Main Page.
If this notice is being given on behalf of someone else (i.e. you didn't nominate the article yourself), use the passive parameter:
{{subst:DYKNom|Article title|passive=yes}}
The section parameter can be used for the subpage name of the discussion if it doesn't match the article title(s).
